Fax contract, storefront contract, or door-to-door contract are all possible.

According to national regulations, the signing of a travel contract itself includes the travel agency's liability insurance, which means that the travel agency has the obligation to coordinate when problems occur during the trip.

In addition, we also suggest that guests purchase travel accident insurance, which should be purchased by the tourists themselves, and the compensation standard of the insurance company is subject to the regulations of the insurance company.


The way to sign a contract can be chosen according to your own situation, such as fax contract, storefront contract, or door-to-door contract. Customers from other places are recommended to choose fax contract and online contract.

If you cancel, reduce the number of people, or change other items less than 4 days before departure (excluding weekends and public holidays), a seat loss fee will be charged according to the actual situation, and the remaining group payment will be refunded after deducting the seat loss.

If there are preferential policies for special groups (based on local policies), you can hold relevant certificates, and the tour guide will assist you in making a corresponding refund at the scenic spot entrance.

If you voluntarily cancel some attractions during the trip, the corresponding fees will not be refunded. If the free items cannot be carried out, no refund will be made.

If the contract stipulates that the group cannot be canceled, no refund will be made.
