The written proposal should specify the payment schedule, currency, cancellation conditions and any supplier-specific restrictions. Read and agree those terms before making payment.
Changes to your journey
If you wish to change your dates or itinerary, contact your trip planner. Changes depend on availability and may affect the price. Keep the final itinerary and your booking correspondence for reference.
