Begin your day at 7:30 AM with a gathering, and by 8:00 AM, set off from a centralized meeting point in downtown Chengdu. Enjoy the convenience of a complimentary pick-up service within the Third Ring Road of Chengdu, and then travel in comfort along the Chengya-Le Expressway to Mount Emei.
Upon arrival, between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery of the **Emei Mountain Scenic Area**, with your entrance ticket already included. Delight in a sumptuous lunch featuring an authentic **Emeishan and Leshan Snack Banquet**, showcasing the region's most celebrated delicacies such as Leshan's skewered chicken, Xiba tofu, and sweet-skinned duck. Each guest will also receive a complimentary serving of Jiazhou tofu pudding and a heavenly mountain frozen cake.
From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, board a scenic area shuttle bus to the Leidongping parking lot. Then, embark on a leisurely 1.5-kilometer walk to the Jieyin Hall, where you will board the round-trip cable car to the **Golden Summit**. Explore the Golden Summit's Huazang Temple, the Golden Hall, Silver Hall, Bronze Hall, and the expansive viewing platform, offering a glimpse into the world's highest Buddhist pilgrimage center.
As the day winds down, around 6:30 PM, savor a delightful dinner before retiring to your hotel for a well-deserved rest. Experience the essence of Sichuan's natural and cultural treasures with our meticulously planned tour.
Day 2: Emei Half Mountain to Leshan Giant Buddha and Chengdu
Embark on a mesmerizing journey as we set off from your hotel at 07:00 AM to explore the breathtaking scenery of the **Emei Mountain Wannian Temple**. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this sacred site, a haven of natural beauty and spiritual significance.
At 13:00-13:30 PM, indulge in a delectable lunch featuring the globally recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage, the tantalizing **Kaojiao Beef**, or savor the authentic flavors of **Emei's Nine Traditional Dishes** (selection will be made based on the actual situation).
After a short 15-minute stroll to Yingchun Bridge, we'll board our comfortable tour bus for a scenic ride to Leshan. From 15:00-18:00 PM, delve into the profound experience of ascending the mountain at the **Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area** (admission included). Ascend 333 steps to the summit and marvel at the world's largest sitting Maitreya Buddha, a testament to the ingenuity and craftsmanship of ancient times.
