Experience the excitement of crab trapping with a custom-made trap, and let the tides determine your catch. - **Shapowei, the Artistic Haven**: As the birthplace of Xiamen Port, Sha Powei has served as a sheltered harbor since the Qing Dynasty. Adjacent to the Nanputuo Temple and Xiamen University, its name comes from being the end of a large stretch of beach where sand from all directions accumulates, earning it the nickname "Jade Sand Slope."

- **Yanwu Bridge Viewing Platform for the Most Beautiful Sunset**: The platform, consistent with the pristine white fish-belly style of the Yanwu Bridge, spans over 10,000 square meters and gently extends into the Xiamen Bay. With the azure sea and sky as a backdrop, you can enjoy views of the ferry, Haicang, Gulangyu, and Zhangzhou Port, and listen to the waves against the rock walls. As the sea breeze gently blows and the evening glow fills the sky, witness the most enchanting sunset in Xiamen.

The island is perfect for travel photography, with its quaint alleys, old villas, ancient banyan trees, blooming flowers, and historical relics. Capture the essence of your journey with a casual lens.

• "The Most Beautiful Corner": Among the many corners of Gulangyu, this one stands out as the most beautiful, surrounded by Western-style buildings and winding alleys.

• "HSBC Bank Former Residence": This building, once the Anathema Cottage of the British firm Jardine Matheson, is built on a granite foundation with a brick and wood structure, featuring a protruding front part surrounded by a veranda space and a partial veranda at the back.

• "Xiehe Church": A popular spot for wedding photoshoots, this church was built in the mid-19th century when many Westerners came to Gulangyu for work and life.

• "Catholic Church - International Consulate Building Exhibition": This route is a favorite among photographers and a must-visit for travelers.

• "Facing the Sea, Walking on the Sand": A visit to Xiamen is incomplete without experiencing the sea, especially for travelers from the north. Gulangyu has many beaches, and we have chosen the most well-equipped and scenic one, "Gangzi Hou Beach", for a leisurely walk on the southern island beach.

• "Old Villa Afternoon Tea": The most distinctive tea point on Gulangyu is the handmade pastry. After a long walk, enjoy the local handmade pastries, pineapple tarts, and fruit tea to complete your Gulangyu journey.

Special Reminder: If the day is tight, afternoon tea may not be available.

Dress Guide: Gulangyu is the easiest place to take photos. For clothing, it is best to avoid dark colors, especially black, and choose according to your own style. Gulangyu is suitable for solo travelers, friends, couples, and even family photoshoots.

Warm Reminder:
1. The shops on Longtou Road on Gulangyu Island are open-style stores, not designated shopping stores by the Tourism Bureau. Please compare prices and buy discretionarily.
2. Guides on Gulangyu Island cannot use loudspeakers for explanations, and the cost of earphones is 20 RMB per person (not mandatory).
3. Gulangyu Island has no motor vehicles, and all paths are pedestrian. Please prepare a pair of comfortable shoes.

Note: Due to the online booking of Gulangyu ferry tickets, group entry and exit are required, and tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled. The ferry ticket entry and exit times are subject to the actual purchased tickets. Gulangyu Island has a visitor limit, and ferry tickets need to be booked in advance. After booking, it is not possible to make up the difference in ticket prices. If a child's height exceeds 1.5 meters, please notify us in advance to purchase a full ticket. If the guest's information is conveyed incorrectly, causing consequences such as inability to board the ship, the guest will be responsible. Temporary ticket purchases for the ferry cannot guarantee the same schedule as our reservation.
Enjoy a full day of leisure at your own pace on Gulangyu Island, where you can stay at a cozy inn without the need for a vehicle or a guide. Please note that breakfast is not included at the inn, and the return ferry fee of 18 RMB per person is at your own expense. After breakfast at your hotel, you are free to explore the city as you wish, with no set itinerary.

Awaken to the gentle call of the day and indulge in the freedom to do as you please. For a taste of the local cuisine, venture to the historic Minzu Road in Xiamen and savor the city's most famous dish, the tantalizing Wutang Satay Noodles.

Continue your journey to the Coffee Street, nestled in the villa area beside the picturesque Yandu Lake in Xiamen. Here, businesses have transformed the area into a vibrant coffee district, also known as "Xitou Coffee Street." Marvel at the array of luxury cars lining the streets and observe the diverse crowd of locals, tourists, and expatriates, all basking in the warm sun, enjoying the gentle lake breeze, and immersing themselves in a state of relaxed contemplation as they while away the hours until the sun sets in the west.
Enjoy a leisurely morning, waking up naturally, but do remember to savor the breakfast before it's time to depart. Coordinate with your designated driver to meet at the agreed-upon time, ensuring a direct and hassle-free transfer to the airport. (Please be mindful that check-out time must be before 12 PM; any delay may incur additional charges. As only the driver will be assisting with the airport transfer, guests will need to handle their own boarding pass procedures.)

Warm reminder: It is imperative to vacate your room by 12 PM to avoid incurring extra costs. Should your return flight be scheduled for later in the day, you have the convenience of leaving your luggage at the hotel's front desk for safekeeping.
